Jeremy M. Ebie
Founder and CEO

Mr. Ebie is the CEO and Founder of the Phoenix Infrastructure Group and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. Previously an investment banker and consultant, Mr. Ebie has served as an advisor to federal, state and local governments engaging private sector investment as well private investors developing infrastructure investment vehicles. Mr. Ebie has been a featured speaker on public private partnerships and private investment in public infrastructure. Mr. Ebie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School and a Bachelors in Political Science and Markets and Management from Duke University.

Chris Baeza
Co-founder and Special Advisor

Mr. Baeza is a founding member and special advisor to the Phoenix Infrastructure Group. Mr. Baeza has extensive legal experience focusing on public and private transactions, joint ventures, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, restructurings and strategic investments. Mr. Baeza has been involved in various infrastructure projects and other matters across a number of industries and geographies, both domestic and international, in deal values ranging from $500,000 to $20+ billion. Mr. Baeza holds a Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors from Cornell University.

Marvin Zonis

Marvin Zonis is a Professor emeritus at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. At Chicago Booth, Professor Zonis has taught courses on the international political economy, political risk, and business leadership. He is the recipient of both the Quantrell Award for excellence in undergraduate teaching and the Norman Maclean Award for outstanding contributions to teaching and to the student experience at the University of Chicago.

He is a member of the board of advisers for the comptroller general of the United States at the GAO, the board of directors of CNA Financial, a fellow of PWC Advisory Services, and also a member of the board of directors of the Fondation Etats Unis. He was educated at Yale University, the Harvard Business School, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Institute for Psychoanalysis, Chicago.

Reginald Van Lee

Mr. Reginald Van Lee is a retired Executive Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation and was a Limited Partner of the firm. Mr. Van Lee served as a Senior Vice President of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. since April 1, 2003. Mr. Van Lee joined Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. in 1984 and served as its Vice President and Managing Partner since 1993.

He specializes in international business and marketing strategy and the management of technology-driven companies. His expertise lies in how global businesses and economies can build capabilities to make them resilient to any potential shocks to earnings and GDP growth. Mr. Van Lee has a B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
